SELF PORTRAIT COLLAGE
Participants will explore themselves and communicate through images, phrases and words to bring inspiration to their life.

Introduction to basic skills used in encaustic painting and exploration of materials. Participants will learn how to create an encaustic monotype.

NON-TRADITIONAL WATERCOLOR ZENTANGLES
Explore the world of watercolor using non-traditional methods. Detail will be added to creations using the very calming art of Zentangling.

WEAVING WITH FIBERS AND NATURE
Explore combining a variety of fibers and fabric with Mother Nature to create a unique wall hanging and a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Students will learn basic hand-weaving techniques and how to create a simple ‘carry along’ hand loom.
