Updated 2/5/23- Milwaukee County and Waukesha County community levels are Medium.
As of February 25, 2022 the CDC updated their COVID-19 guidelines based on COVID-19 risks at the county level. Donna Lexa Art Centers (DLAC) will follow the CDC guidelines for COVID-19 prevention based on the COVID-19 Community Levels Tool.
At the low level, DLAC recommends that all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask based on their personal preferences. At the medium level, DLAC recommends that individuals, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask if they are at risk of serious illness, are immunocompromised or live with someone with those conditions. At the high level, DLAC will require masks for all individuals at all times regardless of vaccination status.
DLAC will monitor risk levels weekly, and post the level of risk for students, staff and stakeholders at the beginning of each week.
All staff, students, volunteers and interns are encouraged to wear masks if they prefer to do so. DLAC will continue to provide N95 and KN95 masks for anyone who wishes to wear them. DLAC will provide accommodations to the fullest extent possible for any individual(s).
