Sandy Jensen

“The first day I walked into the studio, I was embraced by a compassionate staff. The art therapists naturally guided me to my own personal strengths, gifts and motivation. My grief had taken these away from me. Art therapists have the ability to open one’e heart and teach people how to use art as a means of self-expression. They allow one’e emotions to flow it the art they are creating.

Making art brought me a space to flow. This freeform of expression released my grief and relaxed my entire being. I was not only creating art, I was creating my release from negativity of grief.”
